Cancellation Policy for Nice Kitchen

At Nice Kitchen, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our clients. However, to ensure smooth operations, we have outlined the following cancellation and refund policy:

No Cancellation or Refund After Payment

Once a payment has been made, the project cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided in any situation. This policy helps us manage resources and commitments effectively.

Product Exchange for Cancelled Projects

If you wish to cancel the project after payment, no cash or bank refund will be issued. Instead, the amount paid can be applied toward the purchase of other products or services from Nice Kitchen. The value of the product(s) offered will be equivalent to the amount you have already paid.

Important Notes:

• Once the project is underway or materials have been supplied, no cancellations will be allowed.
• Any product exchange will be of equal value to the payment made, and can be selected from our range of kitchen products or services.
• Refunds in the form of cash, UPI, net banking, cheque, or demand draft will not be available for canceled projects.
